# v1.53 - Support Tickets & Reactions

## Added

* **[Support tickets & message reactions](/products/logicai/docs/feedback-and-reactions)** — the thumbs feedback is replaced with support tickets plus 👍/👎 reactions on individual messages
* **Rotating tips** in the chat panel to help users discover what Logic AI can do
* **Agentic tool steps now collapse** behind a disclosure, keeping the conversation clean while still letting you expand the detail
* **[Utility-bar installer](/products/logicai/docs/admin-utility-bar)** — add Logic AI to your Lightning apps' utility bar in one click from the new admin tab

## Fixed

* Record links now use your org's **My Domain** — no more broken or fabricated links — and resolve correctly regardless of the system prompt
* Chat **recovers from tool failures** that could previously halt the assistant mid-task
* The help modal overlay now covers the full chat panel and composer
* Clearer utility-bar app statuses and a standard SLDS icon
